Hello! If you are reading this, you may be wondering what guidelines to follow when creating and sharing content about our games. We are here to help! We love to see how this universe of trivia transcends borders and becomes part of users' lives, so we put together a guide on the correct use of Trivia Crack material and content.

First things first: what do we understand by materials and content?
Each and every one of the brands that are part of Trivia Crack are registered and protected by intellectual property rights. This includes all the materials that you find within any of the platforms, such as texts, images, illustrations, sounds, videos or graphics, but also its contents: ideas, projects, diagrams or files, to name a few examples. In a few words, both the material and the content of Trivia Crack can be used for fanart, fan meetings, guides, fan pages, videos, podcasts, blogs, websites, streaming, among others, as long as they comply with our intellectual property policy. It is important to note that this use does not imply that you are being granted an intellectual property right over them, but rather a permission for the specific purposes indicated here. Now, as a fan eager to create content, you may wonder what these “specific conditions” are, right?
1. Content available to everyone
First of all, the distribution of fan-created content must be free. You should not request payments, surveys, downloads, subscriptions or registration by email or any other means to access the content you have created using our trademarks. And, of course, you are not allowed to sell or license fan-created content to any third party for compensation, including money or any other kind of virtual compensation.
Strengthening the bonds between our community is very important to us, so all content must be available to the general public so that everyone can see, access, share and use it without paying, obtaining approvals or mentioning the creator. The only possible exception to this rule is that you have obtained an express written authorization from us. You can accept donations for the content you create, but they must not be tied to any special features, in-app purchases, or other benefits. In case you use ads, they must always comply with all applicable rules, laws, decrees, regulations and policies.
2. Please respect our trademarks!
We are very happy that you share your creations with us, that you tag us on social media so that we do not miss anything or even that you send them to us through the different channels available. However, as you can understand, it is not allowed to establish that we are sponsors, creators or that we endorse the content created by fans. It is also prohibited to use the materials and content to create your own materials similar to the logo of any of our registered trademarks or to the etermax logo, or other elements protected by copyright. We dedicate a lot of time and effort to create our materials and content and each element has a specific reason, so you should not modify them without our prior, express and written consent. We share some specific cases to consider:
- It is not allowed to professionally distribute any type of product that has arisen from our material and content, even if you do it for free.
- Trivia Crack characters brighten up any space! However, you will need to sign a prior written agreement if you want to manufacture or distribute merchandise or any type of physical item, such as t-shirts, pillows, mugs, glasses or toys that include our materials and content. - A novel about Willy's adventures? Sounds interesting! But please, as in the previous point, always remember to obtain our prior written permission to ensure that you are not infringing any type of copyright.
- Fan-created content may not be used to register trademarks, trade names, domain names, social media accounts, or addresses. If you decide to register any of your creations, they must not include any of our materials or content, nor any of our trademarks (such as "Trivia Crack", "Trivia Crack 2" or "Trivia Crack Adventure").
- Last (but not least), it is not allowed to create new products and services from the materials and content, such as new games based on the Trivia Crack characters.
3. You are responsible for the content you develop
As a content creator, you will be responsible for each of your creations. In case of damages, penalties, losses, responsibilities, lawsuits or costs and expenses that may arise, you must exempt us from liability, indemnify us and defend us. That is why, in the content that you create, you must include the following notice so that everyone can read it: "This content is not created or related, endorsed, sponsored or specifically approved by etermax and therefore etermax is not responsible for it. This content contains materials that are the property of etermax and are protected by intellectual property rights. 4. Some additional considerations
Respecting the rules of the platform or channel on which fan-created content is shared is very important to us. That is why you should be specially interested in respecting and complying with the policies and all the rules explained here. As we already mentioned, we love that you share your creations with us, tagging us on social media or through the different available channels. In fact, we are likely to use fan-created content reasonably, for example by publishing it on our own online channels or using it for our advertising campaigns. By using our materials and content, you agree that it can be used for these or other purposes, without any compensation.
Attention! In the event that for any reason we share information with you about unpublished materials or content, you must at all times keep it secret and under no circumstances reveal it. In addition, any comments, information or suggestions that you send us may be used, as in the previous case, without any type of compensation or obligations.
Finally, we reserve the right to determine what type of fan-created content we agree with, and we may revoke the permission for limited use of material and content set out in this section, at any time or for any reason.
